| Who do I contact if
I have a question about my order? If you want to check the status of your order, click on the "My Account"link on the bottom of the Apexstores.com homepage and login. Once you have logged-in click on the "My Orders" link for a list of your orders and the status of each purchase. What's the best way
to shop in apexstores.com? Shop by Brand category in any room on the site and you will see all the name brands that are in that particular room. Then simply click on the Name Brand you're looking for. ApexSearch (sm) This is the fastest way to find what you're looking for. | How do I place an online order? Ordering from Apex Online¨ is a cinch once you get the hang of it: When you see an item you'd like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. (You can always remove items from your order later.) The item will then be placed into your cart, which appears on the right-hand side of your screen. You may either continue shopping or check out at this point. If you continue to shop, just continue through Apexstores.com. When you are ready to check out click on the "Shopping Cart" link. This will show you what you currently have in your shopping cart and will allow you to edit its contents. Once you have finalized your shopping cart click on the "Place Your Order" button. You will then be asked to create an apexstores.com account (if you do not currently have one). You will be asked for your billing and shipping address, payment method, and credit card number. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an e-mail notification that your order has been received. |

| Can I order from outside North America? Apexstores.com accepts orders from outside of the continental United States on a limited basis. Shipping is not guaranteed to all countries. Shipping fees will be calculated after an item is ordered, and the customer will be notified of the final cost via a confirmation email. The credit card will not be charged until the confirmation email has been approved by the customer. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, taxes, etc. for non US purchases. |

and Patio Furniture, that are defective, can be exchanged, under normal
return conditions, within 30 days (14 days for camcorders) of the original
date of purchase, for another snowblower, lawnmower, air conditioner,
camcorder or patio furniture (set) respectively, of equal or greater value.
Snowblowers are deemed defective only as determined by our service technician. |
